BOS Series

The BOS series machines are high-performance, bench top coil winding machines equipped with servo motors. The cast-metal body is excellent in rigidity and integrated manufacturing by five faces machining center enhances imposing accuracy. Fundamental machine construction reduces the number of component parts and makes it easier maintenance.

TAK-01 / YOK-01

CNC Bench top Coil Winder

TAK-01・YOK-01 are compact and economically priced models but high performance bench top coil winder with servo motors to control the spindle and the traverse drive. The model has 4 kinds of input patterns to apply various specifications from standard coils to special coils (transformer coils, etc.) and is the machine for easy specification change and easy operation.
TAK-01 and YOK-01 are used respectively according to coil specifications; TAK-01 has a front spindle and YOK-01 has a side spindle.

BOK-01A

Book size Coil Winder

BOK-01A is the world's first letter size compact coil winding machine.
Although compact and economically priced, the servomotor of the model enables the spindle stop accuracy angle to be kept at 1°, and the machine is suitable for multiple circuit winding such as switch mode transformer coil winding. Using together with the optional traverse unit, it will be used as an automatic winding machine with a traverse function.

NT480 Series

CNC Turret index type Coil Winder

NT480 series are winding machines that integrate table and other units. The model reduces the number of component parts, enhances imposition accuracy, minimizes the variation per hour, facilitates maintenance or accuracy recurrence, and is excellent in rigidity.
The tool and nozzle bar can be changed quickly with the quick change mechanism, and specification changeovers will be easily available. Also introducing the turret index coil winder with spindles on both sides, the model reduces the bobbin loading time.
